1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags remain intact
• Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos/videos as proof
• We will arrange replacement or refund

4. Refund Process

After inspection:

• Refund approved → processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund issued via original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Customer pays return shipping unless a product defect or company error occurs.
